- 1.Booking is subject to date and venue availability.
- 2.Event details, guest count, food, decoration and services must be confirmed before the event.
- 3.Final pricing depends on the selected package, guest count and additional services.
- 4.Any additional tents, professional DJ setups, special decor, external equipment or customized arrangements may have additional charges unless specifically included in the agreed package.
- 5.Accommodation is subject to availability and the selected package.
- 6.Customers must follow venue safety rules and applicable laws.
- 7.Alcohol, if permitted for an event, must comply with applicable Ontario laws, licensing requirements and venue policies.
- 8.Outside vendors must be approved in advance where required.
- 9.A booking is only confirmed after Virsa Events provides confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
- 10.Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions should be clearly communicated before payment.
